SEA FREIGHT SERVICES
Captains Freight provides worldwide Sea Freight forwarding services to and from all the major ports in the world by moving the cargo as both LCL / FCL.
We utilize the services of all conference and non conference Shipping Lines throughout the world while ensuring the best rates and service for all the Inbound / Outbound shipments.
Our Sea freight Export Department handles around 300 TEUS per month. by using all major Shipping Lines.
SEA –AIR AND AIR / AIR TRANS-SHIPMENTS
When the Air space is limited during the peak seasons in Sub-Continents and Far East , Shipments are routed via Dubai which is considered as one of he major Trans-shipments hub I the Middle East. We have all the facilities and are well equipped to handle the SEA/AIR & AIR/AIR TRANS-SHIPMENT CARGO that is being forwarded to us by our agents in the Far East and Sub-Continents which is re-forwarded by us to it’s final destination in Europe, USA, Middle East and Africa.

The logic behind using the SEA/AIR mode of transportation by customers is that it is more cheaper than Airfreight services and much more faster than Sea Freight services.
WAREHOUSING & DISTRIBUTION SERVICES
Our warehouse is located at DUBAI AIRPORT FREE ZONE where many Multinational and regional companies have been attracted to operate within the Free Zone boundaries reason being the main activity here Handling of high Value goods , Mobile phones and Computer Component .We have another two warehouses located at Al Garhoud area ( opposite Dubai Cargo Village ).
- WAREHOUSE SIZE : 15,000 SQ. FT with high top roofing facilities with 2 loading & unloading yards capable of holding 20’ and 40’ containers for stuffing/un stuffing It also has the facility for direct cross stuffing.
- FORKLIFT FACILITY : We have our own Forklifts.
- PROFESSIONAL SETUP OF INTERLOCKING & RACKING SYSTEMS : for accommodating more volumes of cargo & for better storage.
- SECURITY : The warehouse is equipped with 25 CCTV Cameras both internally and externally, with 24 hour off-site monitoring and backup facilities with alarm and fire detection systems to ensure highest standards of safety.
INSURANCE : our warehouse is Insured with reputed Insurance Company( AXA INSURANCE EC )
IMPORT SERVICES & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Our Customers in U.A.E nominate us to handle their Import Shipments by AIR & SEA originating from various countries in the world. We are able to provide very competitive rates and cost effective services.
Our import department handles Customs Clearance of around 350-400 shipments per month which includes the Airfreight and Sea Freight shipments.
LAND TRANSPORTATION
We provide an excellent overland transportation services within U.A.E and to all other Middle East Countries.
